Day 1 Delhi
Welcome to Delhi and transfer to the hotel for your overnight stay.
Delhi
India's capital city, Delhi is the second most widely used entry point in
the country, being on the route of most major airlines. It is well linked by
rail, air and road to all parts of the country. The remains of seven
distinctive capital cities - among them Shahjahanabad and Qutab Minar - can be
seen.
Day 2 Delhi sightseeing
A full day of sightseeing, accompanied by an experienced guide, to see the
monuments, mosques, temples and markets of the Indian Capital.
Agra
Situated on the west bank of the River Yamuna, Agra is a part of the great
Northern Indian plains and boasts of a tropical climate.Agra, commonly known
as the city of Taj Mahal, is about 204 km from Delhi, the capital city of
India. Agra is single most visited tourist destination in India.
Day 3 Delhi/Agra
Leave Delhi after breakfast by road to Agra town. Visit sikandrabad Tomb upon
arrival. And finally a visit to probably the most famous monument in the
world, the Taj Mahal. Overnight at your hotel.
Taj Mahal is closed on Friday
Day 4 Agra/Ranthmbore
In the morning after breakfast drive to Ranthambore. Spend two nights at the
hotel.
Day 5 Ranthambore
Ranthambore
The national park boasts of one of the leading tiger conservation efforts
in the country. You may be lucky enough to spot one during the two safaris
into the park today. The Ranthambore National Park spreads over an area of 400 sq km.As a Tiger Reserve, the park has been successful in controlling the loss of tiger life in its area thereby making it a major attraction for tourists coming into park.
The Rajbagh Talao offers more chances of Tiger sighting while Malik Talao has a large number of crocodiles.
Day 6 Ranthambore / Jaipur
A further game drive has been arranged this morning and in the afternoon you
leave and drive to Jaipur, the Pink City where two nights will be spent in the
hotel of your choice.
Jaipur
Jaipur & its surroundings are rather like an endless museum. The cityalso
offers an endless variety of crafts. Jewellers here still fashion thebeautiful
enamel-on-gold pendants, studded on the reverse with preciousstones or pearls
& turquoise that one sees in miniature paintings.Jaipur's lacquer bangles are
famous all over the world.
Day 7 Jaipur
After breakfast we include a short orientation tour of Jaipur before
continuing out to Amber Town's great fort.
Day 8 Jaipur/Delhi
After breakfast you leave the Pink City and drive to the Capital City India,
New Delhi. Late in the evening transfer to the Airport for your onward
journey.
