Baga beach
The Baga beach is a part of the 30 kms coastline stretch of
northern beaches of Goa. Located 29 kms from Panaji and 10 kms
west of Mapusa, it is an extension of the Calangute beach. It
is one of the cleaner and pleasant beaches in Goa. It is a
beach for those who want to experience nature with a peaceful
atmosphere. The scenic beauty and the ultimate tranquility
attracts tourists from all over.

Colva Beach
Colva beach is almost 2 kms north of Benaulim beach and is
situated 39 kms away from Panaji. It is a part of the main
stretch of southern beaches of Goa. It is one of the most
popular beaches of Goa, known for its calm and serene
atmosphere. Since Colva is one of the lately known beaches,
therefore it is less crowded than its northern counterparts.
Colva is the best place to laze around and look for
interesting books.

Thus, Colva beach maintains the title “The queen of beaches in
India”.

Anjuna Beach
Anjuna beach is situated 18 kms away from Panaji, adjacent to
the Chapora fort. It was discovered by the hippies in 1950's –
1960's. Anjuna beach is one of the most beautiful and popular
beaches in Goa. It is known as the ' freak capital of the
world', because of the moonlit parties and the Flea market
that makes it the most hip and happening beach of Goa.

Miramar Beach
The Miramar Beach also known as Gaspier Dias Beach is located
in the north of Goa. It is the nearest beach from the Goan
capital, Panaji, just 3 kms away and about 1 km away from Dona
Paula beach. It lies at the place where river Mandovi and the
Arabian sea meet. It is a beautiful beach having soft golden
sand, surrounded by palm trees, almost an extension of Panaji.
A perfect destination to spend a quite evening, watching the
Sun saying goodbye.

Candolim Beach
Candolim beach is a part of a long stretch of beach coastline
along the Arabian sea. The beach begins at Aguada fort and
ends at Chapora fort. This is also the birth place of Abba
Faria, considered to be one of Goan freedom fighters and the
father of hypnotism.

Benaulim Beach
Benaulim is a part of the main stretch of southern beaches of
Goa. It is less than 2 kms away from Colva beach which is
equally famous. Benaulim beach starts in Goa where Colva beach
ends. It is a fairly quite beach but it gets crowded on
weekends, when local visitors pour into the beach. It is well
known as the location of the Taj Exotica, Goa. Benaulim is the
perfect place in Goa to laze around and bathe in the sun.

Dona Paula Beach
The hottest tourist spot in Goa, the Dona Paula beach, is
situated seven kilometers west of Panaji, the state capital.
The Dona Paula beach is named after the Dona Paula de Menzes,
daughter of a viceroy ( in colonial India), who jumped off the
cliff, when refused permission to marry a local fisherman,
Gasper Dias. Thus, the mystery related to this beautiful beach
brings tourists from all over the world. It also lures
tourists to indulge in water sports, shopping and sun-bathing
